This website is operated by Yvexan Solutions, our legal business name. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at contact@yvexan.com.

When you use the booking form, we collect your name, company, industry, email address or phone number, and the details you choose to share about what you need. These fields are required so we can respond to your request.

If you submit a review, we collect the name you choose to display, an optional company or role, your star rating, your review text, and your permission for us to publish it. We do not ask for your email address on the review form. Reviews remain private until we approve them.

The form endpoint also briefly uses your IP address to limit spam submissions. Our hosting provider may process technical request data in its service logs.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about page visits and browser or device use. The Google tag only loads after you opt in. If you reject optional cookies, the tag does not load. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the site footer. Google may process this information in other countries under its own terms and privacy practices.

We use form submissions to respond to inquiries, assess whether a free pilot is suitable, and discuss or deliver a project you request. We do not use these details for advertising or sell them.

We review client review submissions before publishing them. If you choose the X sharing link after submitting, it opens a draft on X. We do not post on your behalf.

The booking form stores submissions in Supabase. Vercel hosts the website and runs the form endpoint. We also send each submission by email to the Yvexan team so we can respond. Google Apps Script and Gmail deliver these notifications.

If an inquiry does not lead to a project, we manually review it for deletion or anonymisation and keep it for no longer than 12 months after submission. This is a manual process, not an automatic deletion. If you become a client, we may keep relevant records for as long as needed to deliver the work and meet applicable legal or accounting duties.

A review that is not published may be kept for up to 12 months before manual deletion. A published review remains until you ask us to remove it or we no longer need it.

You can ask us to delete your inquiry sooner. We may need to retain limited information where the law requires it.

Supabase stores booking-form records and review submissions. Vercel provides hosting and server execution, and Google Apps Script and Gmail deliver enquiry notifications to the Yvexan team. These providers process information to provide their services to us. Their infrastructure may process data in countries other than yours; the exact storage and processing locations depend on each provider's configuration.

If you choose to share your review on X, X processes that post under its own terms and privacy policy.

If you contact us through WhatsApp, Meta processes that conversation under its own terms and privacy policy. The WhatsApp link is optional; you can use the booking form instead.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or object to processing where applicable. You can also ask us to delete your inquiry; we will assess the request and any legal or operational need to retain the information. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

You can ask us to remove a published review by contacting us.
